Hey There!

You're probably thinking to yourself "but who is she really?!" I'm glad you asked.

All About Me

I’m Katelyn — doula, mama, snack enthusiast, zoo keeper to our four animals and professional over-packer (seriously, I bring everything just in case).

When I’m not supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, you’ll find me barefoot in the backyard with my daughter, Isla, and son, Remi,  chasing sunshine and soaking up all the little moments.

I believe that life is meant to be felt fully. That includes belly laughs, messy tears/happy tears, spontaneous dance parties and all. I’m equal parts intuitive and practical, blending my love for spiritual connection with a grounded, calming presence that helps people feel safe and seen.

I’m also married to my favorite human, Trevor. Together we are navigating parenthood, pets, and takeout dinners like the beautiful chaos it is. I thrive on connection, authenticity, and helping people feel deeply supported through the wild, sacred, hilarious ride of life and growing a family.

After the loss of our daughter Winnie, supporting families through pregnancy after loss is something deeply close to my heart. I understand how complex this journey can be... The mix of grief, hope, fear, and love that shows up all at once. My approach is rooted in compassion, patience, and gentle presence. You deserve to feel held, heard, and supported without needing to explain why every milestone feels so big.

Whether this is your first/fifth pregnancy, or pregnancy after loss, I’m here to help you move through it with care, at your own pace, with someone who truly gets it.

If you’re dreaming of a birth experience that feels empowering and aligned with your heart, I’d be honored to walk beside you.
