PAL Tailored Birth Plan
We will work together to create a birth plan that is thoughtfully designed with your history, your anxiety, and your specific needs in mind. This includes conversations about triggers, preferences, and how your care team can best support you in the room.
Continuous Labor and Birth Support
I will be by your side from early labor through the moment your baby arrives, providing comfort measures, emotional support, and a calm and steady presence every step of the way.
Postpartum Visit
Within the first two weeks after birth we will meet to process your birth experience, check in on your emotional wellbeing, and make sure you have the resources and support you need as you step into this new chapter.
